Refund & Exchange Policy

Flying Cart is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, which is why we offer an exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another product, simply contact us within 7 days. We will facilitate a replacement, making the process as easy as possible. Please note that any product you wish to exchange must be in the same original condition as when you received it, and you must have the receipt of the original purchase. After 7 days from the purchase date, the exchange policy will no longer be active.

Flying Cart strictly adheres to a “NO REFUND POLICY.” Therefore, the option of “MONEY BACK” is “NOT AVAILABLE.” To exchange a product, the customer must send it back to Flying Cart. After receiving and verifying the product, we will process an exchange.

 

Damage Stuff

You will have to return the product(s) if you get any defect, wrong colors, or wrong size. You can give your complaint within (7) days after acquiring your parcel. Through the (call, email, or message), you are accessible to claim that you received a damaged or wrong product. So at Flying Cart, you will receive the actual product in same pricing..
